Check-In Panel is a check-in function for membership validating, facility monitoring and member activities recording. There are two versions of Check-In Panel for different environments.
Dedicated Computer Terminal
It is a dedicated internet-enabled computer with a card reader installed and is placed at the entrance of the facility areas. Members can scan their member cards before entering the faculties. When a membership card is scanned, instant membership validation and automatic token dispensing are conducted.
Quick Check-In Panel
Q-check-in panel is embedded with the administrator dashboard. It performs the same function as the dedicated check-in computer terminal with additional information. Alerts about membership issues are raised when administrative attention is needed.
